Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for buying our course(s). We always strive to ensure that our users have a seamless and transparent experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses. However, if you want a refund of the course fee owing to rare technical issues, we offer refunds as governed by our Refund policy. When you pay and join a course on DailyPrep, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Raise refund request within 7 days of the purchase of a course. Any refund request is subject to approval and will be considered void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content / 30 minutes of course videos (whichever is shorter) or downloaded the E-content like supplementary material, reference documents and resource files.

The learner should email the details for the refund (order id, amount paid, the date of making the payment along with the reason for requesting the refund) to within 7 days from the day of the purchase of the course.

All approved refund requests will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days from the time of the request by the learner.
